Naylor’s Cove in Bray, Co Wicklow is one of those historical hidden gems that I like to visit now and again. There is very little there except for some old concrete remnants of what used to be a victorian bathing area and swimming pool.

This photograph shows the remains of one of the swimming pool walls. Tourist’s and also people from Ireland often find themselves in Naylor’s Cove but are unaware of it’s history. You can find various images on google of it back in its prime in the late 1800’s.

Naylor’s Cove is also a great place to go and relax and listen to the sounds of waves rolling in. It is one of my favourite places around Bray and worth visiting, if you find it of course.
