The Baily Lighthouse is probably the most popular Lighthouses in Co Dublin and can be found at Howth Head. The Lighthouse which was constructed in 1814 can be seen for miles, even as far as Wicklow. In 1996 the Lighthouse like many others became fully automated and is maintained by the Commissioners of Irish Lights.
The Baily Lighthouse stands at 13m in height and has a Light range of 26 nautical miles (48 km). It is probably one of the most photographed structures in Howth and you can see why.
